Reservations are generally required for most club events, and can be called in to the phone number noted below. For some events, for which notices are usually sent out to the membership, reservations forms will have to be filled out and sent in to the club by mail.
Many of our events are sellouts, and reservations should be made as early as possible in order to guarantee that you will be able to attend these events.
Reservations should be made by the deadline indicated in the bollenttino, or notice for that event.
For Birthday Dinners, reservations should be made by 8:00 pm of the Sunday before the dinner.
When making a reservation by phone or email, please provide the following information:
- Your name.
- Your membership number.
- Total number of individuals in your group.
- Total number of members in your group.
- Total number of guests in your group.
- Total number of Birthday Boys and 50 Year Members in your group.
- A telephone number so that we can contact you if needed.

If you call in a reservation and then have a cancellation, please call the reservation line with your cancellation ASAP. It does help, as it allows us to adjust the amount of food we must buy for these dinners. In addition, since most of our dinners are now sellouts, by calling in a cancellation, it potentially allows others to attend a dinner that they might not otherwise be able to attend. Remember, that members are obligated to pay for the total number of reservations they make, even through they may have some no-shows.
